Analytics Dashboard

The analytics dashboard is located at Vendor Events > Analytics. It provides visual insights into your review data using Chart.js charts and stat cards. Requires a Pro license.

Stat Cards

Four summary cards at the top of the page:

• Total Reviews — Count of all approved reviews
• Events Reviewed — Number of unique events that have at least one review
• Overall Avg Rating — Average star rating across all reviews
• Reviews This Month — Number of reviews submitted in the current month

Charts

• Reviews Over Time — Line chart showing monthly review volume
• Rating Distribution — Bar chart showing how many reviews received 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 stars
• Top Events by Rating — Horizontal bar chart of the top 10 events by average rating
• Subcategory Averages — Radar chart comparing average scores across rating subcategories

Per-Event Drill-Down

Select a specific event from the dropdown to filter all charts and stats to that event. The page also shows a detailed stats table with review count, average rating, and numerical data averages for the selected event, plus a table of the 10 most recent reviews.
