Settings Page

The settings page is located at Vendor Events > Settings and uses a tabbed interface with five tabs.

General Tab

Controls review behavior and frontend features. All settings in this tab require a Pro license.

  • Require Login — Toggle to restrict reviews to logged-in users. When enabled, guests see a login prompt instead of the review form.
  • Review Layout — Choose how reviews are displayed: List (default), Compact, or Grid. The layout applies a CSS class to the review list container.
  • Schema.org Markup — Toggle JSON-LD structured data output on single event pages (Event + AggregateRating + Review).
  • Helpful Voting — Toggle thumbs-up voting on review cards. Visitors can mark reviews as helpful via AJAX.
  • Sort & Filter — Toggle frontend sorting (by date, rating, helpful count) and star-filter controls on the reviews display.

Rating Fields Tab

Customize the subcategory star ratings and numerical data fields using drag-and-drop repeater UIs. Requires a Pro license. When left empty, the default sets are used.

Emails Tab

Configure three email notification types with customizable subjects, bodies, and merge tags. Requires a Pro license. See the Email Notifications Pro feature doc for full details.

Export Tab

Export review data as CSV or PDF with event and date range filters. Requires a Pro license.

License Tab

Enter or deactivate your Pro license key. Shows the current license status (Active or Inactive) and a masked key display when active.
