Numerical Data & Analytics
Beyond star ratings, the review form collects optional numerical data that is aggregated anonymously to help future vendors evaluate events.
Default Data Fields
| Field | Format | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Estimated Attendance | Number (people) | Approximate crowd size at the event |
| Table Cost Paid | Currency ($) | What the vendor paid for their table/space |
| Number of Sales Made | Number | How many transactions the vendor completed |
| Gross Revenue | Currency ($) | Total sales revenue the vendor earned |
All numerical fields are optional. Pro: These fields can be fully customized from the Settings > Rating Fields tab using the drag-and-drop repeater, including custom labels, suffixes, and prefix/suffix positioning.
How Aggregation Works
Each field is averaged independently across all approved reviews that provided a value. The review summary displays each aggregated value with the field label, formatted average, and the count of reports.
Privacy
Individual numerical data is never shown publicly. Only aggregated averages appear in the review summary. Raw values are stored in post meta and only visible to administrators in the Review Data meta box.
