My Account Portal

The [[dwb_my_account]] shortcode displays a customer-facing dashboard where logged-in customers can manage their profile, pets, appointments, and invoices.

Guest View

When a visitor is not logged in, the shortcode displays a login form. After logging in with their WordPress credentials (the dwb_customer account created by the plugin), they are redirected to the My Account portal.

Customer Dashboard Tabs

Logged-in customers see a tabbed interface with the following sections:

  • Profile — View and edit name, email, phone, and address. Changes are automatically synced to the linked WordPress user account, including email address updates.
  • Pets — View and edit pet information (name, breed, weight, temperament, medical needs, special instructions)
  • Appointments — View upcoming and past appointments with service details, dates, times, and status
  • Invoices — View invoices with status (Draft, Sent, Paid, Void, Overdue) and payment details. Customers can click payment links to pay outstanding invoices.
