Business Settings
The General tab in Settings contains your core business configuration. All of these settings affect how the booking form, pricing, and notifications work.
Business Information
- Business Name — Displayed in emails, invoices, and the booking form
- Email — Used as the “from” address for all outgoing emails
- Phone — Displayed in email templates via the
{business_phone}merge tag - Address — Your physical business address
- Currency Symbol — Defaults to
$. Used in all pricing displays and invoices
Fees
- Registration Fee — A one-time fee charged to new customers on their first booking
- Same-Day Booking Fee — An additional fee applied when a booking is made for the same day
- Same-Day Cutoff Time — The number of hours before an appointment that same-day booking is no longer allowed
Holidays
- Holiday Dates — A comma-separated list of dates in
YYYY-MM-DDformat (e.g.,2026-12-25, 2026-01-01). Appointments on these dates will incur the holiday surcharge. - Holiday Surcharge — A percentage added to the service rate for appointments on holiday dates
Business Hours
- Business Hours Start — The earliest time available for appointments
- Business Hours End — The latest time available for appointments
These times control the available time slots in the public booking form. Appointments cannot be scheduled outside of business hours.
Approval Settings
- Auto-Approve Appointments — When enabled, new bookings are automatically set to Scheduled status. When disabled, bookings start as Pending and require manual approval by an admin.
Payment Methods
Configure the payment methods available to customers:
- Stripe (Pro) — Online credit/debit card payments via Stripe
- Venmo — Enter your Venmo username and display instructions
- Zelle — Enter your Zelle email/phone and display instructions
- PayPal — Enter your PayPal email and display instructions
Set the Default Payment Method and configure the Display Order to control how payment options appear to customers.
