Email Notifications
Configure email notifications from the Emails tab in Dog Walking > Settings. Each email type can be enabled or disabled individually.
Email Types

Merge Tags
Email templates support the following merge tags, which are replaced with real data when the email is sent:
{customer_name}— The customer’s full name{service_name}— The name of the booked service{pet_names}— A comma-separated list of pet names included in the appointment{date}— The appointment date{start_time}— The appointment start time{end_time}— The appointment end time{business_name}— Your business name from Settings{business_email}— Your business email from Settings{business_phone}— Your business phone from Settings{rejection_reason}— The reason provided when rejecting an appointment
Pro Email Customization
Pro users get additional email features:
- Email Preview — Preview emails with sample data before enabling them
- Custom HTML Templates — Modify the email HTML template to match your brand
- Logo Support — Upload your business logo to appear in email headers (configured in the Branding tab)
