Getting Started

ID Dashboard Cleanup is a lightweight WordPress plugin that gives administrators centralized control over dashboard widgets. Hide widgets you don’t need, reorder the ones you keep, and choose how many columns the dashboard displays — all from a single settings page.

What This Plugin Does

  • Toggle widget visibility — Uncheck any widget to hide it from the dashboard for all users.
  • Drag-and-drop reordering — Drag widgets between columns to control their position on the dashboard.
  • Column layout control — Choose between 2, 3, or 4 dashboard columns site-wide.
  • Site-wide enforcement — Settings apply to every user, overriding individual Screen Options.

Who Can Use It

Only users with the manage_options capability (Administrators by default) can access the settings page. The configured layout applies to all users who view the dashboard.
