02 Accessing Webmail Print

Webmail lets you check your email from any web browser without installing software or configuring a mail client.

Direct Webmail Access

Navigate to one of the following URLs in your browser:

yourdomain.com/webmail
yourdomain.com:2096

Replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.

Logging In

1. Enter your full email address (e.g., john@yourdomain.com)
2. Enter your email password
3. Click Log In

Choosing a Webmail Application

After logging in, you may be asked to choose a webmail application:

• Roundcube – Modern interface, recommended for most users
• Horde – Alternative interface with additional features

Your selection will be remembered for future logins. You can change it later from the webmail home screen.

Accessing Webmail Through cPanel

If you have cPanel access:

1. Log into cPanel
2. In the Email section, click Email Accounts
3. Find the account and click Check Email

Troubleshooting

Forgot your password? Contact your administrator to reset it.

Login not working? Ensure you're using your full email address, not just the username. Check that Caps Lock is off, as passwords are case-sensitive.
