Every form submission is saved as an entry. You can view, search, and manage all entries from within WordPress.

Accessing Entries

  1. Go to Forms → Entries
  2. If you have multiple forms, select the form from the dropdown at the top

The entries list shows all submissions in reverse chronological order (newest first).

Understanding the Entries List

The list displays key fields as columns. You'll see:

  • Entry ID number
  • Date submitted
  • Key field values (varies by form)
  • Checkboxes for bulk actions

Viewing Entry Details

Click any entry (or click "View" when hovering) to see the complete submission. The detail view shows all fields and their values.

Entry Actions

When viewing an entry, you can:

  • Print – Generate a printable version
  • Delete – Remove the entry permanently
  • Mark as Read/Unread – Helps track which submissions you've reviewed
  • Add Notes – Internal notes that only admins see

Filtering and Searching

Search – Use the search box to find entries containing specific text.

Filter by Date – Click the date filter to view entries from a specific time period.

Filter by Status – View all entries, or filter by read/unread, starred, or spam status.

Star and Read Status

Click the star icon next to any entry to mark it for follow-up. Entries you've opened are automatically marked as read (changing from bold to normal text).
