Gravity Forms is a WordPress plugin for creating contact forms, surveys, registrations, and other data collection forms on your site.

Finding Gravity Forms

Once logged into WordPress, look for Forms in the left sidebar menu. This is your main entry point to Gravity Forms.

Main Sections

Forms – View, edit, and create forms
New Form – Start building a new form
Entries – View submitted form data
Settings – License, email, and general configuration
Import/Export – Move forms between sites
Add-Ons – Extend functionality with integrations

Quick Access

Hovering over Forms in the sidebar reveals a flyout menu for quick access to any section without clicking through the main page first.
