Starting a New Form
- Go to Forms → New Form
- Enter a title for your form (e.g., "Contact Us" or "Event Registration")
- Click Create Form
The form editor opens with a blank canvas ready for fields.
Adding Fields
Click any field type in the right panel to add it to your form, or drag fields directly onto the canvas. Common starting fields include:
- Name – Collects first and last name
- Email – Validates email format automatically
- Phone – Collects phone numbers
- Paragraph Text – For longer messages or comments
Configuring a Field
Click a field on the canvas to select it. The left panel shows all settings for that field. At minimum, review:
- Field Label – What users see above the field
- Required – Toggle on if the field must be filled out
Saving Your Form
Click Update (or Save Form) in the top toolbar. Save frequently as you work.
Next Steps
After building your form, you'll want to set up notifications (email alerts) and confirmations (thank-you messages), then embed the form on a page.
