Display Options

ID Team Members provides granular control over how your team grid looks. Every option can be set globally on the Settings page and overridden per-instance via shortcode attributes.

Grid Columns

Choose how many members appear per row. Valid values are 1 through 6. The grid is fully responsive — on smaller screens, columns automatically stack down to a single column on mobile.

Image Styles

Control how member photos are rendered:

• Color — Photos display in full color (default).
• Black & White — Photos are always displayed in grayscale.
• Color (B&W on hover) — Photos start in color and transition to grayscale on hover.
• B&W (color on hover) — Photos start in grayscale and transition to full color on hover.

Image Shapes

Choose the crop shape for member photos:

• Square — Standard square crop (default).
• Rounded — Square with rounded corners (12px border radius).
• Circle — Fully circular crop.

Box Styles

Control the appearance of each member card:

• White — White background with subtle shadow (default).
• Light Gray — Light gray background on all cards.
• Transparent — No background color or shadow.
• Bordered — No background, with a subtle border around each card.
• None — No background, shadow, border, or padding.

Sort Order

Choose how team members are ordered:

• Custom Order — Uses the Order field in each member’s Page Attributes box. Set lower numbers to appear first.
• Last Name — Alphabetical sorting by last name. The plugin splits names at the first space to determine the last name.
• Date Added — Chronological order based on the post publish date.
• Random — Randomized order on each page load.

Visibility Controls

• Show Company — Toggle company name visibility on the member card.
• Show Contact — Toggle phone and email visibility.
• Show Social — Toggle social media link visibility.
• Split Name — Display names on two lines, split at the middle space.
