Troubleshooting
This section covers solutions to common issues you may encounter while using ID Logo Scroller. Most problems can be resolved quickly with the steps provided here.
Before You Begin
When troubleshooting any issue, start with these general checks:
- Verify the plugin is activated. Go to Plugins in the admin dashboard and confirm ID Logo Scroller shows as active.
- Check your images. Make sure the attachment IDs you’re using correspond to valid images in your media library. Deleted or trashed images won’t render.
- Clear your cache. If you use a caching plugin (WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed, etc.), purge the page cache after making changes. Also try a hard refresh in your browser (
Ctrl+Shift+R). - Check for JavaScript errors. Open your browser’s developer console (
F12) and look for red error messages that might indicate a conflict with another plugin or theme.
