03 Posts vs. Pages — When to Use Each Print

  • 0

Posts

Use posts for timely, date-based content: blog articles, news, announcements, or updates. Posts are displayed in reverse chronological order (newest first) and can be organized with categories and tags.

Pages

Use pages for evergreen, static content that doesn't change frequently: About Us, Contact, Services, FAQs, Privacy Policy. Pages exist outside of the blog structure and don't use categories or tags.

Quick Rule

If the content has a publish date that matters, it's a post. If it's something visitors need to find at any time regardless of when it was written, it's a page.
