Getting Started

ID Admin Notices is a lightweight WordPress plugin that brings smart notice management to your admin dashboard. Instead of treating every notice the same, the plugin classifies notices by type and gives you control over who sees what.

What This Plugin Does

• Leaves errors, warnings, and success notices untouched — These operational notices are always visible to every administrator, exactly as WordPress intended.
• Controls info and nag notice visibility — Plugin nags, promotional notices, and info notices are only shown to the administrators you designate.
• Controls update notice visibility — WordPress update nags are also restricted to designated users.
• Adds persistent dismiss — Designated users can permanently dismiss info and nag notices with a single click.
• Provides a settings page — Choose which admins see notices, and manage dismissed notices from Settings > Admin Notices.

Who Can Use It

Only users with the manage_options capability (Administrators by default) are affected. Non-admin users see notices according to normal WordPress behavior.
