Troubleshooting
This section covers solutions to common issues you may encounter while using ID Post Grid.
Before You Begin
When troubleshooting any issue, start with these general checks:
- Verify the plugin is activated. Go to Plugins in the admin dashboard and confirm ID Post Grid shows as active.
- Clear your cache. If you use a caching plugin, purge the page cache after making changes. Also try a hard refresh in your browser (
Ctrl+Shift+R). - Check for JavaScript errors. Open your browser’s developer console (
F12) and look for red error messages. JavaScript errors from other plugins can prevent search, filtering, and load more from working. - Test with other plugins deactivated. If you suspect a conflict, temporarily deactivate other plugins to isolate the issue.
