To stop using Google Voice at your organization, cancel your Voice subscription through the Admin Console. Cancelling immediately stops further billing and terminates all Voice licenses. Your other Google Workspace subscriptions (Gmail, Drive, etc.) remain active.
Before You Cancel
Complete these steps before cancelling to avoid losing important data:
Port Out Phone Numbers If you want to keep any phone numbers, transfer them to another service provider before cancelling. Once cancelled, numbers may be lost. Go to voice.google.com → Settings → Phone Number → Transfer Number to start a port-out request.
Save User Data After cancelling, users can still see their Voice data but can't use Voice features. Data is permanently deleted when you delete user accounts. Use the Data Export tool to download and save Voice data before cancelling.
Save Billing Records You won't be able to access Voice billing records after cancelling (unless you have another active Workspace subscription). Download any invoices you may need.
